Row 43: DC into each ST across. (45)

Cut and fasten off yarn.

Attach yarn with a SLST onto the outside corner of the other shoulder and repeat from row 1 for a second back panel.

Assembly:

Fold back panels onto the front panel with right sides together.  Place stitch markers at the bottom two corners to hold the back panels to the front panel.  Place as many stitch markers as you would like along the bottom to keep it secure.

Place stitch marker 13 [14,15,16,17,20] rows from the top of both the front and back panels to create the armholes. Place stitch markers from the armhole down to the bottom corner to keep secure, be sure to match the rows and chain spaces on the front and back.

Place stitch markers on the center/bottom of the back panels, also place a stitch marker 7 rows up from the bottom to join both back panels into one which will create the V back.

Now that everything is marked and secure we are going to mattress stitch it all together. Start at the armhole and mattress stitch down to the bottom corner, repeat on the other side.  Now you are going to mattress stitch the two back panels together creating one large back panel and also creating the deep V back.

Trim:

Attach yarn anywhere along the bottom of the hem and Picot Stitch (SC 3, CH 4, SLST into first CH, Repeat) around, SLST to join. Cut and fasten off yarn.

Attach yarn at the bottom of the armhole with a SLST, CH 1, and evenly SC (I did 2 SC per row end) around entire arm hole, join with a SLST.  CH 1 SC into each ST around and join with a SLST. Cut and fasten off yarn.
